Martin and Tina Weiss have been running the Römerhof in Herrenberg-Gültstein since 2011.
"We want to combine creativity and classicism in each of our dishes for our guests.
We attach great importance to in-house production, regionality and freshness."
In 2021, Martin and Tina Weiss took over the Landhotel Hirsch in Bebenhausen,
which is a perfect addition to the Römerhof.
Excellent food. Super friendly staff. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back soon.
